With a very heavy heart, we are announcing that Thai X-ing’s final day of operations will be Saturday, February 25th. Chef Taw has finally realized his retirement vision and will take a well deserved vacation to tour around the United States.

Thai X-ing (pronounced “Thai Crossing”) is a delicious restaurant where chef and owner, Taw Vigsittaboot, serves traditional home-style Thai recipes passed down from his mother, aunt, and grandmother in an eclectic and intimate setting.

We are open for dine-in every Tuesday through Sunday (closed Mondays) from 5:00 – 9:00 PM. The restaurant is located at 515 Florida Avenue NW, Washington, DC (we moved back to our original location).

For reservations, please email thaixing@gmail.com. Include your name, phone number, date and time of your desired reservation, and the number of people in your party. The last seating each night is 8:00 PM.

For takeout orders, please call (202) 213-6248. Please provide ample advance notice for takeout requests, and we will try to accommodate if possible. Our first priority is our dine-in reservation customers.
